Sugared Pecans


Ingredients:
1 pound pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Directions:
1. Whip egg white and water until stiff.
2. Add pecans and mix well until moistened.
3. Add sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Mix well.
5. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour; turn every 15 minutes.
